Shipping Information

RJ Kool Parts makes every effort to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. In stock parts orders received before 12:30 p.m. CST, Monday thru Friday, usually ship the same day from our Minnesota warehouse. Please note we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Orders ship via UPS and should be received in 3 to 7 business days. Express shipping, including Next Day Air and Second Day Air, are available.

RJ Kool makes every attempt to have items in stock. However, in the event an item is backordered, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.

Many items on our site qualify for Free Shipping when your cart subtotal is greater than our free shipping threshold stated on our website banners. There are some items in our catalog that are heavy or bulky and cannot be shipped for free.

Shipping costs are based on the item(s) purchased, weight, size, special handling (if applicable) and your shipping location. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added to your order during checkout. Shipping is available anywhere in the United States. RJ Kool does not ship to international destinations or to P.O. Boxes. A complete and accurate physical U.S. street address is required for shipment. Free shipping is only available to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
